Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our automotive workshop. The successful candidate will maintain accurate books of account, ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements, and support management with timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the general ledger and complete day-to-day bookkeeping for all workshop transactions.
  • Prepare and verify customer invoices, job-card billing and credit notes.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and customer collections.
  • Perform monthly bank, cash and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and support Corporate Tax compliance.
  • Process monthly payroll through the Wage Protection System (WPS).
  • Monitor spare parts inventory valuation and assist with periodic stock counts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Follow up on insurance company receivables and fleet/corporate account balances.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive, workshop or trading sector.
  • Sound working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally and Garage Plug) and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with WPS payroll processing.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity and organisational skills.
  • Good written and spoken English is an advantage.
Preferred (Advantage)
  • M.com, CA Inter, CMA, ACCA (part-qualified) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience with a workshop management system.

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the main point of contact between our customers and the workshop. The successful candidate will receive vehicles, understand customer concerns, prepare estimates, and keep customers informed until their vehicle is delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive customers professionally and record vehicle concerns accurately at reception.
  • Conduct initial vehicle inspections and open job cards in the workshop system.
  • Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer approval before work begins.
  • Coordinate with technicians and the workshop supervisor on job allocation and progress.
  • Keep customers updated on repair status, additional findings and expected delivery times.
  • Explain completed work and invoices clearly at the time of vehicle delivery.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose, service and repair light vehicles in our workshop. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, efficient workmanship while following safety procedures and workshop standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose mechanical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Carry out periodic maintenance and servicing as per manufacturer schedules.
  • Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, suspension, steering and braking systems.
  • Perform engine tune-ups, oil changes, filter replacements and fluid checks.
  • Inspect vehicles and report additional findings to the Service Advisor.
  • Complete job cards accurately, recording work performed and parts used.
  • Road-test vehicles to confirm repairs before delivery.
  • Maintain tools, equipment and the work bay in a clean and safe condition.

Requirements
  • Diploma or ITI certificate in Automobile / Motor Mechanic or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a light-vehicle workshop.
  • Experience with petrol and diesel engines across Japanese, Korean, European and American brands.
  • Ability to use OBD scanners and diagnostic equipment.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Auto Electrician to diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems in light vehicles. The successful candidate will be confident with modern vehicle electronics, wiring diagrams and computerised diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical and electronic faults.
  • Use computerised diagnostic tools to read, interpret and clear fault codes.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams to trace and repair wiring faults.
  • Repair and replace starters, alternators, batteries, sensors, lighting and switches.

How much will my repair cost?

Every repair is priced individually. After inspecting and diagnosing your vehicle, we provide a clear quotation covering parts and labour. Any inspection or diagnostic charges are communicated in advance, and no work begins without your approval.

How long will the repair take?

Repair time depends on the fault, vehicle model, and parts availability. Once the inspection is complete, we provide an estimated completion time and keep you updated throughout.

Do you service all car brands?

Yes. We provide multi-brand repair and maintenance, including engine diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, air conditioning (R134a and R1234yf systems), suspension, and bodywork.

⁠Do you use genuine spare parts?

We offer both genuine and approved high-quality alternative parts. We will advise you on the most suitable option based on your vehicle, budget, and market availability.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended to minimise waiting time. You can book by phone, on WhatsApp, or directly through our website.

Do you offer vehicle pick-up and drop-off?

Yes. We can collect your vehicle and return it once the work is complete, for a nominal fee based on your location. Simply share your location and preferred collection time with us on WhatsApp, and we will confirm the charge and arrange the service.
